We are an independent congregation who meet in the first chapel building to be built in the upper Rhondda Fach.

In its present form, the fellowship really formed some thirty years ago. Since then we have become affiliated to the Association Evangelical Churches of Wales (AECW), and in 2001 we called Rev.Owen Griffiths to be our minister. 

Our vision is to provide an environment that encourages and helps God's people to grow in their faith and in their love for Christ and each other. We strongly believe that for this to happen then God's Word must be central to everything that we do.

Our vision is also to bring the hope of the good news of Jesus Christ to the communities of Blaenllechau and Ferndale, and to demonstrate the power of that good news by helping those communities in whatever way we can.
